Hi, I am at lumberjack level 81, learned the item already, but I couldn't cut a single beech from a tree, even I saw someone did. Is this a bug or just the beech log is so rare that two hours are not enough?

You need to lumberjack trees that have less materials (the bar) in them. Look for a tree with |___| this big

I was cutting the same tree that the others get beech from. For hours, I got no beech log.

do you chek if your lumber know how to extract beech? you have to learn on the shop how to extract beech log before try to get it
