Question on the afk level rule

1. What if they don't speak English so therefore ignore or ignore you in general because you are not staff.

or you always chat to the party first before asking for permission to join so they ignore you
Further, you are OBLIGED to answer any questions asked by players questioning your physical presence. Ignoring will not be accepted as an excuse. Any player constantly asking you the same question, even though you have proven to be present will be subject under the harassment rule.
