AFK Leeching

Is AFK leeching legal? For example the blaster and tank are both present. Some people in the party who aren't doing anything just stand there and leech afk.
What if you need to go AFK for a while and you afk in a random safe corner then people party you (since in DR you don't need to party back to be in a party) and you gain exp that way?

If you falsely report a player for AFK leveling, though they have not been AFK leveling (Editing screenshots, etc.), you will be punished instead. If the physical presence of another player is asked and you lied and said it was you, you will be punished as well. Further, if you are intentionally leeching (Not attacking nor healing) from an AFK leveler, you will be subject under the AFK leveling rule regardless of physical presence. In addition, if you are intentionally leeching from an AFK leveling WHILE attacking and/or healing, you will be subject to punishment.
My question still holds: is it AFK leveling if you are AFK leeching from non-afk hitting/healing party members?

Also what about macroing pray in town? That's AFK leveling orison. Tactic dummies Training poles? please make this clear.

good point i have already found some people afking orision and have posted screan shots from 15 min elapsed time

and if i get what you are saying here corectly....
Is it aganst the rules for {Blaster~1} to blast while i tank with {Tank-A} while afk leeching with {Leecher-B}
since somebody is activaly on {Blaster~1} and {Tank-A} while {Leecher-B} is inactive {afk} and wont be able to respond is this considered afk leveling since the afk char is not actually "combat~engaged" its just there sorta watching the fight
is say its still afk leveling since the afk leecher is still gaining levels its still afk and still leveling....
so yes i would say its a no~go.... sry

No. In your condition. it does not count as AFK leveling.
So, AFK leeching (not doing anything) from non-afk hitting/healing party members is legal.

If you falsely report a player for AFK leveling, though they have not been AFK leveling (Editing screenshots, etc.), you will be punished instead. If the physical presence of another player is asked and you lied and said it was you, you will be punished as well. 3.AFK leveling
AFK leveling is strictly prohibited. AFK leveling will be defined as leveling a character (Both level and weapon level) without physically being at the computer. The AFK time period for being physically absent will be 5 minutes.
Of course, having a character AFK Leeching another isn't allowed !

I believe the word "another" refers to "AFK levelers"
If not I would suggest GM to change the heading to "AFK leveling/Leeching"
