Hello, I'm looking for thief guide, I played thief few times but not enough, I would be grateful for any help.

MOVP 314
CHA 40
Hurling 100

Well, there are the things I do know, and few I need help with,

1# I put my ability points so I should be able to use the best knife (334 DEX / 314 MOVP - 100 TT), I'm using DS knife's
2# Some points go to CHA, I put 40, is it enough for my level? When do I put more points into it?
3# What are the skills I should learn besides: critical hiding, icing blast, acquire darkpower?
4# What are the right rares for leveling up, force + distance?
5# PVP rares... don't really know

Hi. I am not a thief player, so these are going to be very basic tips, but they all do work.

1st point is fine, faster leveling.
2nd: You need to balance between not dieing much because lack of CON and not too many waste time from CP regen. 90 cha is the usual build i think
3rd: Horn of iceberg for sure. Ice shield too. Extreme ice when dual class.
4th: A mix of force and distant is what you are looking for.
5: Depends what grade, time and effort you will put on your set. Very basic and working set is force + AC. If you get a higher grade set, you will want to have some DESIRE for sure.

#2 so basically I put 90 ability points into CHA at most?

Not really. I know i use 140 cha for leveling stats to have less down time regening CP, but i think most people use 90 cha.

1.) I would suggest sticking with stinger knives. Dragon Slayer knives are harder to make/find and you will likely run out if you don't have someone that can make them for you.
2.) I would suggest adding 90 CHA for leveling purposes only.
3.) Horn of Iceberg and Iceshield
4.) 1 Force Item and 2 Distance Items
5.) Force, Robber, AC, Evasion --- There are many sets you can make. It depends how much effort you want to put in. Typically new players will make force only rares.

Force/distant and enough cha for leveling.

what a bout skill's like:

1# Cherroy shade - is it still good?
2# Tybern's gift
3# Dark Blade
4# Poisoning Nova

Cherroy shade isn't working in this server AFAIK.
Tybern's isn't very useful on a thief IMO but not useless.
Dark blade is just a very bad horn of iceberg
Poisoning Nova is a spell i like alot, but not many thief use it.
