new players??

I tryed to find new players that backed to play or strating to play but i didnt found anyone. Why?
And why ppl here dont let the new player make dugeon? (Pking in the map entreace).
In this server dont have space to new players i think...
All ppl pvling solo with macros... its sux. :/
