This is a game that "mostly" about pk. There is probably nothing GM can do to help you except warning him.

Instead of getting pked by an empty character, maybe you should just request the GMs to disclose who is actually using the character.
So you know who is being a _____.

Yes it's a game, means fun , not get upset of runing all the way to vd3 7 time
and if you dont know vd3, theres 3 rooms, easy to cover it in minutes and check who is leveling
