so it's at 17:00:00 old ServerTime.
18:00:00 ServerTime (UTC).
old ServerTime, it's UTC+1, so 18:00:00 ServerTime=UTC+2
why 18:00:00 ServerTime (UTC).
UTC=UTC+2 ?????

what does UTC stand for? anyways, i think the server time is going to be UK-time

Universal Time Clock or Coordinated Universal Time
.. in other words just time zone ..
