Hello guys!

I would like to know: Do you see any improvement on server? Do you see more active players? Are you having fun?
Is there anything I could do for you? (I am serious about this.. Dont come with "close city, gimme rares, ban players").
I wanna know whats your feeling about the server, and even more, about my work. Am I doing ok?

On the last two weeks I'v been lacking of time, but I will be active again
I really appreciate any feedback, even if you say I am awful. Just dont go unrespectful.

(no offense, just want to know)

I've been replying support tickets and asking other GMs to work on it, sorting it for them (so they dont have to check and understand each ticket);
I have been in game talking to people trying to answer their questions (general support. People also feel more confortable when they have a GM to chat ingame);
I have made some mini-events, promoting pvp (I will improve it. I feel like this is still awful);
Checking for AFK Level (If I had server access it would be perfect.. but its not);
Getting old players back to game. I guess i made a hudge move with this point.

I know thats not much, but sadly, thats all I can do with my current powers.
These are the obvious points. But I would like some feedback so I can see what else you are missing.

Hmm for me I don't know if you really talked with GM team or not, you actually did nothing on my ticket regarding Afk jobbing...and I really doubt your judgement at this point dear Geek

I've discussed about AFK Job with GMSignPainter and he said I should handle it the way I wish. He seems to not care about it so...
Since its not covered on rules, I am not taking any action about this. I am allowing people to do such (as long as they obviously don't get any experience from it. Just materials).

About Christmas Event, since I don't have much powers, I will do the best I can with my limitation.
My Initial wish was to make mobs drop a certain coin wich you would use to complete some quests in order to gain Exp and other Rewards.
If we had more active GMs, I would promote a PvGM event (Players vs GM Team) and reward people, but seems It won't happen (I can't even make my own Rares lol).

Ok, if I use a D4 thief Afk killing etins and a D4 priest Afk tanking while picking gems(materials for saint GM job as you point). I'm obviously not getting any exp from it. Will I get punished?

I still didn't find anyone doing such (afk), but I think I would punish you.
I have been allowing Lv 105+ killing lv 60+ mobs. Not anything higher than that.

Ok as a conclusion for this case(Afk jobbing):
Players(lv105+) are allowed to Afk jobbing with lv70- mobs, that include, kill the mobs, butcher on the corpses, heal/food the char, then do it again and again.

Am I right?

well, what really happen to war ,mazes and events right now are mismatch of the time zone ;s

Asian can't go to the maze/wars that Brazilian were winning, and Brazilian can't go to the mazes/wars that Asian were winning, as well as all the mini event you host ( mobs summon), only few of us in Asia can go because it is morning (usually rush hour where all students were taking train to school, people who need to work were driving to office)

So far yea. The idea of them doing it AFK doesnt make me happy, but I still didnt think of a solution (nor its on rules), so I will not punish anyone for that. Although, I heard some other GM did it in the past. In that case, I will respect his decision (means I will not unban someone banned by him).

Well... for Christmas week I will have some free time, so I can host more events on a wider time zone. Thats the biggest problem of having only one GM
