As GMTeam made a decrease on theif extreme ice time ago,
i want you test and consider something what you can do against a warrior with twister..
please answer me this after you test some1 using that skill/rare on you.
how many pots you used?
got a chance to pot?
it is about lag?

wow i cant believe u opened a post abt twister
as a priest, you cant even fight with twister? thats the most easy fight for priests

colomax kill fl with ca st, lot of priest and warrior can kill fl with ca st too
in fact, gm did not "decrease the damage of ex ice"
they enabled level 3 ex, however, ex ice did not get the damage increase as the original setting suppose to gives

u can still feel the power of real "twister" even u are few miles away..
does my explaination makes u feel better?

I strongly suggest GM remove all vys chars as it's the most efficient solution afterall.. =X
