I've double checked on the server hosting location, its not hosted at Europe, its at Brazil '-_-

(Correct me if im wrong)

Server time is +1 from spain so i doubt is brazil

It's hosted in France I believe. If not then it's somewhere in europe.

Yes, your wrong, It's in France, the IP matches an OVH network address...i've got 2 servers with OVH.
