I assume you are referring to my answer in this topic, where the topicstarter clearly said:
I'm not sure how smart you are, but it seems obvious that that topic was actually about a user creating a report about being harassed, and the topic was deleted by the autoprune, since there's no reason for us to delete such reports before handling them.
As for recent events regarding Ka Yan, people have been creating a fake (facebook) profile pretending to be her. Whilst that is normally none of our business, the profile was used to spam repeatedly in-game to intentionally harass the player in question; that's where we take action. There were even low-level accounts being abused to spam the profile link, and we received a report about that; hence the actions.
The fact that you have to create a new account on the forum just to try and be a smartass says enough about who is
