I created a post to report harassment, and the post got deleted somehow.
I dont know why is the post deleted as the GMs haven't notice me for anything.
Is that I cant post a harasement report in the harasement report forum or I just cant report a vys player?

You are confusing someone that performed a harassing act, and someone that tried to report harassment.
