just asking cause ohters ticket get reply and mine still took 1 month ? no 1 going for ticket or sign too bz working no time look on it ?

seems post here wont able to help, i already know( but i did see ohters players ticket reply so fast )
on sign hand nothing is slow for him unless he push away the ticket
as all know he is admin ,whats make a GM Admin change a email took 1 month ?

Every GM handles different kinds of tickets; most of us are currently busy with tasks outside DR (graduation and such) causing a slight delay here and there in tickets. Most tickets get solved quite quick though as you mentioned.

Change email is not that simple as you think. Legend.

My brother created a ticket because he forgot the registered email attached to a noob id, and it get replied in the same day.
I believe there are other áreas where the GMs do have more tickets to solve or they are little more busy either.

not so sure just wondering how long could take i think spherix gived the answers, Tq to him


and im not admin how i know long or not ... nearly admin fix the things is faster than normal gm...

nearly all know sign is god in here lo. everything also must asked from him , if not ohters also wont do

thats what I'm telling to you! Seems there are different kinda of ticket areas where they got different people in charge.

An email change _could_ be done within a minute; it's the lack of details in requests and massive attempts to scam that make it all a lot more complicated.
