they can't come out with a "BEST SOLUTION" in balancing dual 5,Jill is a ProGamer after all,but not a Programmer ;s

As far as balancing goes, that's something that ultimately has to be finetuned once it's implemented. The reason D5 was posponed is cause it barely offered any extra content. Mainly, we want to add in more quests and content around D5 to make it more interesting than just the rank and stat bonus that it gives now.
