Me any my Malaysian friends are facing serious lag problems, the Server is not "playable" for us.

This will not change I'm afraid. We are not going to relocate to Malaysia, and that's probably the only option on getting it quite decent for .MY players. General known fact that Malaysia has a terrible connection to other countries.

we have fiber optic connection that has both download speed and upload speed at maximum 20mbs per second please

Correct. We were aware that the server could not improve things for everyone, but the most players.
