Daily Fame Quest

Hi I'm new to this new Dragon Raja online (I used to play the HK server some ages ago).
I'm starting out in the Heltent Village and found a daily Fame quest NPC, which I have been completing that for the past few days.

However today I'm tasked with bringing "20 boots" back to the NPC, where should I get these from?
I've tried the "Wooden Shoes" and "Leather Shoes", both didn't work, I'm so frustrated.
Can somebody kindly help? Thanks.

P.S. By the way is there any GM in this game, is there always 1 online?
