Server movement feedback

Dear Players,
Since our relocation is completed, we are collecting feedback on how this has affected you. What we'd like to hear from you, is what your current ping is whilst you are standing still in town, and what your ping used to be. Also we'd like to know where you are from (country) and if you are using any proxy software to play the game (if yes, which).
Do note that the ping function in the game is not as accurate as you might think it is, the ping ingame does not always resemble a true latency.
Format:
A tracert result would be better if you know how to do it. The ip is 108.62.20.58.
