In my opinion we should shut down Zypern and leave 2 cityes. That way when new players join they would not join ghost towns.
It would be much more easier for new players to start. It would make gameplay and interaction with players way more efficient. and it would not unbalance the Nations power level.
We can always reopen Zypern when there is enough players, but to lose new player beacuse there is not enough players to level up with or communicate or to get into guild, that is far more worse in my opinion than giving away a option to join Zypern.

when zyp close Db rares also will close cause dont have zyp gemstone

You can get zyp gemstones from the same quest that gives shiny weapons for free. Im sure that is where most of them come from anyway. So there will be plenty of stones to go around. And if its a problem, just increase the drop rate of soccubus tooth and balroc wing.

Everyday I see one more zypern player quitting or making new chars in ylse/vys... cuz its boring ghost city =/
Maybe I next =/ cant play alone
