Sure, your doing these events for the players, but you shouldnt let some comments influence your work on the server.
Cause in the end, you'r doing those events for the server so you can keep it up and working. The main question should be towards yourself "are you sattisfied with the event?" if the question is yes, then your job is done. No matter if some people whine about it or not.

How the event works to begin with isn't really a "little detail". The original post about this event said there would be more information about it BEFORE it started, yet I'm still not seeing anything at all.

I haven't seen any posts from you GMs on how to get these toys, what they look like, If you can get/turn in more than 1 per day, etc....
