Not to be rude to you Jill, but this sortof offends me. The US isn't the only country to celebrate Thanksgiving. Other countries that do are Mexico, Japan, China, Australia, Canada, India, etc..whether or not you believe that, it's up to you. I'd take a history class before you imply that the US is the only country that celebrates thanksgiving. Other countries may not celebrate it the exact same way we do here, but in someway those countries do.
Thanks, Blake

No offense meant in that post. It's just that because we are an international server, we are not going to cover every single event or holiday that a country has. As Wikipedia clearly states, Thanksgiving is celebrated mostly in the US and Canada. Over here in The Netherlands we have a couple of holiday(events) as well, and perhaps people that emigrated to other countries celebrate it there as well etc. etc. No reason for us however to celebrate those events in this server.
Long story short: if we are going to host ever single holiday in the world, we couldn't possibly manage or come up with anything original; and therefore, we are not hosting an event with this holiday.
