Concerning Spells used in wars, and a possable sollution

Alot of issues can be solved, without having to resort making spells weaker, or modified in some way, to accomdate classes with no defence to them, in one way or another.
These minor issues can be solved in game. We need to have a code of honor, so to speak.
These spells are alot of fun to use, at low levels. They can be used in duels, and agianst mobs. When we start to get into the higher levels, and i'm speaking about 91+, (Personnal Opinion: Use of these spells after 110, on other players, is pathedic.), they are considered "cheap". You are seen to have no real control or your character, and well, your still a noob. These spells can quickly turn the tide of a battle, if used correctly. They come at a high price though, as many of us are coming to realilize. (Many of us, returning to DR, have already learned these lessions before.)
* I had to resort to casting Divine Curse on Wizards as soon as they ress'd, to stop allies from getting stun'd. wtf?. I dont like doing that, now i've stopped him from being able to fight.. Might as well put him out of his misery.
* As for people that use **stun, **defood, **slow in wars, Cowards!

I dont want to modify these spells in any way.
We need to agree, that these spells wont be used in times of war. It completly ruins the real fun of a war. Their having to change way to much of the game. Soon they'll have to change the name to.
PK runs many of you will be doing during your DR reign of terror, i dont think should apply to this. At that point, your pretty much just going hunting. Use any means to beat the prey, and move on to the next. (Hunting in groups increases your chances of survival, and destruction.)
In Duels, the terms of the battle, such things as spell restrictions and per-casting, can be arranged before hand.
If enough players agree to this, we can take the next step and post up a list of spells, can be considered "wrong" to use.
Please comment, and vote on the topic at hand. I'd like peoples input.
