I have reset your quest for symbol upgrade. Just now when you logged out.
So it will work now.
The problem is items got rolled back but we did not rollback quests.

and that's ok then you said i need to send a ticket.
i sent, and the ticket created at 09/04/2012, but still now no answer for me ~
other's could get fixed in a same day just in a bug post, and i was wrong that also post in bug post, and need to send a ticket, then nearly 3weeks still havn't done ~
