Dragon Raja Global

Recently I have upgraded my computer and changed to use window7 instead of XP. But the new computer could only run the dragonraja on full screen mode. Wherever I used the window mode, an error message "Create Surface (Primary) failed" error was received.
Anyone could help?

Assuming you have an ATI Video Card???

Fullscreen doesn't work for Dragon Raja if you have an ATI GPU and use the latest ATI drivers.
To fix it, you have to downgrade your driver.

That's the only solution I know of at this point, sadly. If anyone else has a solution, help this guy.

In my case its exactly the opposite...
I have the latest ATI driver but i can ONLY run in Window Mode...
If I put FullScren, it will ALWAYS get that error =/

Btw: what driver should work ? When I got to ATI website to download an older one, I had so many versions that I gave up xD

Looks like 9.9 Version works according to GMSignpainter. Haven't tested myself.

I get that error every once in a while when I switch screens and come back to the game. Pretty rare but it does happen every few days

I'm using 10.1 and it works fine for me.

I'm using a HD4670 so there's no point in getting a new one for me anyway.

I got an AMD XFX 6850

At last I have solved the problem by a somewhat non-technical method. I partition my HD and used back the XP when I need to play the game.
I really didn't expect that I could receive such a prompt reply. Thanks all for your enthusiastic responses and inputs.
