GM plz answer for the compensation: db job exp

As like the topic, how to get db exp in job? What time start?
I go for butcher sequence request this morning(server time 0:00), but everything was same like before

As jobs weren't rolled back and it was a bit painful to give double exp to those, I finally didn't do it.
