gm go make dual 5 in this server oledi 3months after monster war added. we need some new fresh appearance to attractive those d4 fking afkers

Most D4 are ready for D5, don't know how this will attract them or even make them more active. The current D5 will break the Servers neck.

for me...gm need restart server,and give some re to the players donated ,who really like dr will play back, and will be nice raise lvl and tt together again.

Let me correct you, nothing personal.
You say this will bring people together again and they will level up and all that stuff, which may be correct, but please note, what do you think people did before they reached max lvl and tactics? Level together while you are low is just a phase you are going through, we lack of content for low, mid and high level people. With a restart you wouldn't delete the current problems, just gain some time.

i just want to see freshhhhhhhhhhhhh thing in this server, this game getting dull~

Agree. But would be adding Dual 5 considered something "new" ?
There are countless suggestions regarding the whole Dual 5 topic, if you would filter the best 10, and just add 1 or 2 of them, it would bring a whole new fresh air into the Server. It would be a content only for high levle people, it would be a start tho.

What about make a BIG tournament, with all the lvl 150 that are ready to be D5, the winner get the rights to become D5 and so on ...
