Does resist all effect protects from fire and ice form archer skills and thief skills ( polar knives and fire bow ) ?
same for the fire resist hidden on star crets.

Here is a better question. How much resist (in percentage) does each point give with the Resist Effects?

Good question... But lets say it gives 3% resist. How would it work? I mean... 3% resist = Normal_Damage * 0.97 ?
