This might not be the complete list but it's the main stuff which are disabled there.

By disabled you mean... even if I try I wont succeed, or am I just not allowed?
Will the client prevent me from using any unwanted spell/item or should I do that by myself?

Not much point disabling it since people can't buff each other and priest already have return, no point for them to use "nazi" spell (I don't remember the name either =/)
