Topic related to HKP got dced case!

today, i read this topic which is in general support section viewtopic.php?f=13&t=18374
and GMSignPainter already lock it, but i want to raise more attention of this serious issue

this issue is really serious, if u dig more deeply..
and GM do not give a satisfied answer for that issue
maybe u can consider this is a okay answer(Well I talked with the RC and he told me he didn't really know what to do. That RC has been recruited recently and is still a bit new to this. He is sorry for the consequences and will never do it like this again.)

GM say that Is RC dced HKP and BigArcher, because RC have this power to do it..
and this sentence(You* re logged out compulsory. ...")
i want to ask a yes or no question that whether RC have the power to dc a player or not..?

and second, GM said when players got pk in VD, RC can dc the pker
this is the first time i hear this statement
are there any rules to support a RC interupt this game...
why i say it is interrupt, coz players do not break any rules...
if yes, he will get the warning or ban, but not get dced...
because i don't want someone interrupt the game or even dc me when i was playing and not breaking the rules

And, i agree with HKP and Dragonrajashop(The point here, is, why was he disconnected for PKing? (First off, what has this game turned into? Hello Kitty? -.-)

If he was indeed harassing them, then he should get the ban, with the harassment rule in place. (Not just disconnected)

I would say from an outsider that RC has abused their powers just to be able to continue leveling and should get banned for 'false harassment')

Finally, i highly doubt who is the new RC??
according to my memory, RC never have that quick response , especially for pking
maybe that RC is from vys i think, and maybe is the players who leveling on that screenshot..

and ur hot key is not F1, F2, u are 1,2,3

u change the setting of ur game, that a serious problem too
and what is ur extra spell??

The 'Extra Spells' button is part of the UI Customization. Nothing bad about this. Anyone can do it.

As some of you may have remembered, some time ago, there was a report of RCs disconnecting and warning a player harassing another player. There were concerns that this was an abuse of powers as it was implied that RCs only had the responsibility of checking for AFKers. I have conducted a investigation on what RCs can and can't do and these are my findings:

They can check for AFK levelers and report/warn them
They can check for hackers and report them
They can warn for ingame emergencies when no GMs are on to do so

Their powers consist of disconnecting players and teleporting to players.

There are currently 3 RCs in the game:
YllseRC2
VyseusRC1
ZypernRC1

They will appear online (if on) in your friends list if added, allowing you to whisper/mail them if you require any assistance.

Any further questions, please direct them to GMSignPainter as he is manages all the RCs.

They have the power to Disconnect and Teleport to players.

From what I understood. GM spoke with the RC in question. The RC is new, and did not know exactly what to do in this case. Unfortunately this is where professionalism doesn't show very well in the team. If he did not know what to do, he should have waited till he spoke with GMSignpainter.

But I believe GMSignpainter talked to him about it and should not happen again. (We hope)

Nothing more to talk about here. This was clearly a mistake by the RC. Unforuntately, the RC has nobody to use as a professional role.
