no one have exclusive rights on the names, but its not fair to take a name that ppl used for more then severl servers and for more then severl years......
im useing the grofire name from i started to play the game more then 10 years, never used any ather name..... i have my frinds i have my enamys, to take my name its really take the char porsneallty

It's not nice if people take your name.
But it's fair. Names are always on a first come, first serve base.
Nothing GM's can do about that. They can't make an exception just for you.

I see, so ripping off a GM is illegal, yet ripping off veteran players, potential customers whom have used the name multiple times on many servers is allowed?

Some random level 1 with someone else name never being logged on or used, and maybe one random copied name being used and leveled by a troll who wants to upset the target name.

Welcome to online gaming dude. You will find it happening in every single MMO game you will ever play on.

GM names are protected because of the potential scamming of players, by using that name.
