If someone got "perm banned" its because did something wrong. If someone got "perm banned" without do anything wrong then he deserve all help as possible to get his account back.
If you, your mother, or your girlfriend got "permanent banned" and you think its unfair, then you got full rights to complain and use ticket/forums to talk about your problem. I wont talk about this with you, I dont want start a discuss about something pointless for you.
We ddnt spam at forums with this case, even we know this person ddnt used any edited stuff. We just came here when we realize many days passed already without a good explanation and a release date of our friend´s ID.
If GM Permanent banned without check well, First thing he must do is to give apologies to the player who seen his account PERM banned without GMs investigate it.
Seems its easy to PERMANENT BAN someone without check what happened. This is like you are guilty before someone investigate Why. First to Jail then you look as hacker/editer.
IF GMs unban Magusxxx then they should give a good explanation about it, We dont want our head GM telling us...: " he had 7 days ban for non profital file editting..." this is crap they should admit nothing was being done in purpose and our Client/antihack not really good.
