If reece use different IP, i think he should not be banned.
Based on the "Ban List", reece be banned by "IP", but not "Reece"
otherwise, there should got one more list which is "Reece Forbes".
And this is absolutely " legal" for reece to use another IP to play this game because of "IP banned"

But anyway, it's impossible to say "reece is banned because he is reece" now, as GM did ban him by the title "IP", but not "Reece" in September.

I dont know whether reece is using another IP, if he really does, his new char must be unbanned.

Other than this, i appreciate GM has not restore FenYan's items tho SpyRos hasnt pay for it, and i feel sad of fenyan . :S
But, If GM really restore his items, i can list some chars who quitted because of scamming here, and GM did not help those chars.

Although (from what i heard) Reece kinda deserv it, I agree with you.
Also, when you ban Reece just because It's him without an official announcement that It's ilegal to play with him, you should then restore itens that people lend to him before you ban.. People lost item not because Reece stole/scammed/hacked. They lost just because GMs doesnt like him

Just to remember, mrlobak, GMs already said they can't do anything about FenYan. And I agree they shouldn't.
I feel sorry about FenYan because he is innocent about colo's rage. Mi hermano should re-think about that, imho.

The reason for IP ban would be hacking on multiple char , if he uses other IP hes still a multiple hacker and should not be in this game at all.

ppl like me is shit, dont help to the comunity of dr, so why u want him playing this game... only flame gms, gives hack to other players, insult all the time in the game, that kind of ppl have to be deleted of the server...the gm team already give a chance to be honest but he dont change.. so the ban its ok for me

That's sort of a technical loop hole you're getting into. The difference between a IP ban and a character ban is a IP ban is to prevent the owner from playing the game again. Just because a person can change their IP to play the game again doesn't mean it suddenly gives them the right to.

This is funny. I don't know either of them (the 2 people that are IP banned) well because I never hacked. Both of them still play, yet there is an issue with only 1 of them. I find that part funny. And Mrlobak saying they can't ban reece for being reece. Well that actual fact is, they can deny service to anyone they choose. That's like saying a bank robber should be able to go into and open an account in a bank that he has robbed...It will never happen. I'm surprised at how many of you think you are somehow entitled to play on this server. It's almost as if common sense is non-existent in your worlds. Oh yeah, "give the items back to the people that lent to them". LoLoL Really? If you are loaning items to an IP banned person, you are a moron. That is also a fact.

how people is forced to know that hes Reece or not? remember GMSingPainter finnaly banned him coz feel touched at chitchatting with reece. If he had to be perm banned /IP it should had to happend before, not because a GM dont like him. Tomorrow any1 just says "thats reece" when isnt true will get permanent banned too? be care all UK players if someone accuse u of being reece.
