The order of tickets is usually by date. This may change if the following happens:
-Another ticket is more urgent (I.E, new hack found, server crash, etc.)
-The ticket requires pending information from the ticket creator (I.E, char name, dates, etc.). During this time, other tickets are done.
-The ticket requires internal discussion from the GM team (I.E, occurrences that are not within the rules). During this time, other tickets are done. Non-GM players will not know if their ticket is pending internal discussion, that is to our knowledge only.
-Time constraints. If the support staff does not have enough time for the day to complete the ticket but has time to do another, he/she can do another. I.E, if the support staff only has 10 minutes left to do tickets but the earliest ticket requires 30 minutes, he/she can choose to do another ticket instead.
There may be other things that can cause the order of tickets to change.
If your ticket has not yet been done, assume one of the above has happened.
