No forum moderation?

What is up with all these spambot topics lately, aren't there moderators that can delete them? The forum is the only place I visit these days and I can't even find the new posts using the "new posts" button because it's always filled with 3 pages of random bullcrap like "hot teen porn f***" etc...
Please, could you recruit some actually active moderators?
