use ur GM account GMSP, Exchanges are still allowed doesnt matter how. It must stick to the rules. If its an exchange, a D3 must exchange for: d3 or d1+d1+d1 or d1+d2.

If there says "PK is still allowed" then pk is allowed (100%). If there says "Karvinen is allowed to play even when was permanent banned" then Karvinen is allowed to play (100%) . If there says "EXCHANGES are still allowed" then they are allowed (100%)
Otherwise why GMSignPainter would ask to my friend if he still want to do the exchange???

after you read the rules where it says migrations are allowed, and you read what GMSignPainter asked to my friend, you still talking crap.
At same way I dont complain if you got permanent banned and GM let you play, I want GM finally move my friend because he do apply with the requeriments. And this will solve his old ticket also.
Hes allowed by rules and by the last reply from GMSignPainter at his ticket.
