We will not entertain the idea of scaling back punishments to retain that one player and his/her friends. The cost of that is losing the trust of legit players who expect fair play and proper enforcement of the rules.
As for rolling back grofire to level 10, I have said I will discuss this issue with the GM team. This issue is the only thing I am willing to grill the team on. Everything else regarding grofire has been dealt with according to the rules and procedures set by the GM team. And if I may be honest, fixing issues with legit characters and dealing with the bugs are more pressing issues than worrying about a character that will be banned for 10 days anyway. I will try to get the issue resolved by the time grofire is unbanned, but I cannot promise anything.
