What gives the right to a gm, thats doesn't even play the game to come and deal with server issue by his personal feeling& old grudge?

That's my thought exactly. This topic made me remember why I left the last time, so I'm not going to be dealing with this issue anymore; the rest of the team will.

The reason it gives you the right, would be because in-game drama should not affect the outcome of the decisions. The only thing that should affect the decision would be the balancing factor.

You're stepping out of this decision because you know we are right and now you're taking heat for it.

This is why you should be involved in the decision. But clearly, this is not the way transfers are being handled. Basically, there should be no 'exceptions'. Its either OPEN or CLOSED. And the server news should announce that. Any player that wants to transfer, should send in a ticket and that player should be moved.

This is the way I see it currently based on Nation War Activity
Zypern - Closed
Yllse - Closed
Vyseus - Open

Scenario quest was never about nation vs nation. How do you betray your nation when you're not even doing a nation based activity? If you want quest to become an official national event, then put people in war suits for the quest. Quest is individual, like leveling. You can't say someone is being a jerk because they refuse to help "their nation" in every aspect of the game. When I did play, I leveled with Yllse/Zyp players and turned down Vys players so that's betraying my country? Same thing if I party another nation during quest.

Remember at the very very beginning of this server when Vys was made of ZT, CNs, and other smaller guilds? Everyday innocents got PKed. "You level with ZT? I pk you because you're ally of ZT" or "You don't help us kill the CN, we'll kill you too". Then the GMs moved one of the guilds to another nation and peace resumed. How is PKing one's own nation in town, quest, leveling zones not being "jerks"? As far as your "setting up a bad example" argument goes, there's previous precedence already set to counter that.

Spherix, you've owned or worked a bar. So this drunk comes into the bar and starts being generally annoying then orders a drink. You can deny him service. You have 100% the right to do it because you're in charge but what's the point if you deny him service but still let him hang inside your bar being an ass and harassing the other customers? If Brandon and kid are breaking the rules to the point that you can justify denying them service (which they pay for by buying RE), then why aren't you just banning them outright? If they haven't broken any rules yet, then you can't quite justify denying them service which they PAY for. The fundamental problem with DR servers is that no GM ever believes in the concept of "the customer is always right" which is what most people expect when they PAY for a service. If you think you can't handle this type of clientel, then deny them service outright and don't take (or refund) their money and ask them to leave.

I don't care if they pk Yllse or not, this is their problem. What I care is people having absolutly no respect toward the others, this is a kind of behavior I hate.

You say respect yllse, we didn't disrespect yllse... there was 1-2 after the "betrayal" that msged me calling me scum and other insults who of course I'll shit talk, or like BOCKLOVE and Stax who said they would no longer repay me, and Liz who has owed me 8k RE for a very long time now.

About this , sure bocklove was joking they will pay you back, you know that. Just ask him.But I dont think U should mention this,we were having fun that day. I remember it.
