No. I'm simply pointing out the fact that the role of a "GM" in WoW is different from that of a GM in DR. Less people in power = each person having more influence. Knowing a GM in DR holds more power and influence than knowing a GM in WoW simply because the GMs in WoW aren't really the ones calling all the shots unlike in DR.

Also quick question. Isn't a community GM supposed to be a big part of the Tips and Tricks (player help) and Suggestions forums? :/ I only see the new "dedicated" GM post in general chat.
