Seems Elmaa didn't explained you the things so well, can't you remember how many People joined Wars and Quests when ZT quitted? 2-3 from every Nation, sometimes was only me and Elmaa (when he used to be in Vyseus) who joined the War. We tryed to improve the Server and give the chance to new Players to grow, that's why we kept all the 3 Nations alive, so I think you took benefits of it aswell, because you are a Priest and can't do shit in War. The other thing are the Scenarions, when ZT quitted there wasn't rly any pking going on inside there (so why should I ask for peace? makes no sense), because we all know that Yllse and Zypern suck each other their lollies.
