This is obviously an Account Sharing issue. Your own words proves that.
This account had an Owner. He stoped playing and
shared to you (gave, sold or w/e. call it the way you feel better).
Scamming item is when you are trading something, give your item and the other side doesnt pay for it.
In this case, more than one person had access to the account. You knew it (thats why you required email exchange). You put an Item there and someone else takes.
I agree that if we had changed the email fastter, this may haven't happened. But in first place, if this wasn't an account sharring issue, this wouldn't have happened as well.
man when scammed i was not here .... i already leave the game never logged few months after i return new owner told me he get scam and call he help to find
where did the scammer put those items and check wit prove that he really get scam
u can check that i last logged was after scammed nearly quite long , few week or month i did not logged the charr
how call shared??? only now he giv me to crontol it for getting prove and replying to gms for the scammers action
id now have nothing more,i tell u now only can count i m 2nd owner , but when he get scammed i was not there and never logged .. i was quitting dr already man !!!
u really lol ~~ every 1 know i quit dr already since av club is not active anymore ... u can contact any av clubs and ask i did leave the game and was not opening the charr until i start open this forum for prove that spyros really get scam cause im behalf second owner already to return my items for it !!

i already quitted dont count me share on that time .. i was not there, i was playing diablo 3 or some games rather than playing Dr its because already too bored that why i quit~
Let me get it more clear and once and for all .
1.Old Owner colomax of spyros already made ticket for exchange(Confirm he accept change 100%)
2. New owner also accept ticket change email and changed the pass ( its been done since ticket open)
3. I was not in the game anymore and quitted while this happen and dun even know when this happen ( new owner told me when i start ingame cause of looking around )
4. old owner against rules scam under ticket support while gm late doing tickets and scam wit using second pass ( obviously he is a real scammer already ingame)now only i know
5. the account was not sharred when pass changed and i was not there until i open this forum to prove the new owner really get scam on behalf on my items also inside
6. this is your job very clear already man , ban the scammer and returns some of my items and i can return the charr back to owner for helping him to prove that the scammer is a real scammer in this game ( im on behlaf second owner since he cant do ticket to you ,so im the 1 have to do ticket + have to reply at you gms for what i post here !!
7. Return spyros items,Dc3 legend robe smart G8/Dc1 legend hat ac G8 / G9 br dagger/ G8 mv harper/def mantle and 1 g5 sc / that all i hope u could do it and ban the scammer
8. tq for understanding that if emails been changed faster this wont happen .. support really problem here GMGeek Hope u could do a better gms on ticket here
