They could make it like the DRu mini boss that dropped Revealing Eyes.

one db skin is already a red envelope. no need to mention cyc skin...

I dont c how it works ? So once we get DB skin.. we must sell it for RE? N 100% get a buyer ?
Just make it lower % than a skin .. with a 0.00001% we still get hope for our fame instead of 14 fame each day
