Off topic but also funny is how they changed homepage news for a little server restart but they can't be bothered to update it for actual events like the Halloween event. /RCON_server_restart is newsworthy???

As for the homepage, the news are got from the forum directly, it's auto. If the halloween event didn't show there it's because GMTempest edited his last year topic instead of making a new one. Throw rocks at him !

Not throwing rocks. Just trying to figure out how things work here. Very unclear. As for why all these people are complaining about tickets, IDK. Tempest handled mine quickly, you(jill) handled my in game problems quickly. But my issues were small. I don't share accounts so I can't open a ticket because I lost an item that 5 other people had access too. That must be very common and annoying.

i share account with my gf only and she lives with me almost, 5/7 at my home, those are small tickets, can be fixed in less then 10min i think... me is a lost item and my gf got her dual class 4 quest bugged... been a few days since i sended ticket and still waiting...
