Glad to see u fixed ticket, really.
But based on the current situation, dont u think the current GM team is not enough human capital to tackle tons of workload? It's acceptable tat u got ur real life time, same as other GMs.
But problem is still there. We should solve it instead of give reasons to convince players tat GM is busy or blahblablah...rational players will accept it but i am sure not 100% r lenient.

So...better include some more GM in current team as the condition proved tat it is really needed.
If the problem is not exist, no one will care u play ur char 24/7. Dont u think so?
