Remind Me Why Priests Need SS?

Some suggestions for this were making it only allowed to be cast on your own nation during war and putting a timer on SS. Better we talk about fixing it rather than whose retarded for thinking its not OP.Obviously theyre not gna take it out of the game.

Like i said, anyone not willing to have ss removed is a true retard. Lp you says priest ress people and it make more pking. I agree with you on this side, however this is NEVER what happens. What happens is their is a priest spamming SS on himself on a safe spot with mean pk is NEVER gonna end. Most of the time there is a second priest spamming SS on the stronger target of the other team so he can't pk either. Boring.

this is why I said when it's used properly. The spell's concept is fine if it's used for the intended purpose. I think instead of completely removing it, some checks need to be made so it's not abused. Plus I still disagree that SS is the only thing that makes a priest OP and removing it will solve all problems like the original poster seems to imply.

Priests are pretty well balanced when they aren't in SS. Yes, they can be hard to kill, but they also cast very slow. They are very vulnerable to warriors because they cant' drain anywhere near all of a warrior's hp, and their casting will be interrupted frequently. Their slow casting also makes them most effected by Iceburg. Every class has a weakness. SS, however, makes them immune to everything in PvP except two attacks. SS is not at all fair or balanced.

i still have the same opnion here.. stop trying to remove things from the game and start suggesting ways to change and adapt it to a better game..

removing a spell is just lazzy as the spell can be modified for better balance.. just dont forget about ppl that use this spell to help tanking and as a support spell in pvp and not as a way to f**k with pvp..

SS give an almost invunerable deffence? yes but it also prevent you from doing almost everything, if the priest can only cast this skill in hinself or in party/nation/guild members and maybe some more limitations on what he can do while in SS effect them i think it is all good the only harmfull behavior of SS so far is you casting it in enemy players to preventing them from fighting

then what about ress skill and ress spell?
Only priests have them too, dont u think it's not fair too? Would u like to remove that too?

i didnt read much of this but i got a small idea to help in war, make it so u cant cast ss on som1 who already has a pro spell/skill that will mainly leave out archers but they can have icesheild too

You guys talking about SS when defood still exist. I dont care about the others that you consider "lame skills". No one is as lame as this. The best pvp experience comes when you got enemies focusing you and they all use defood. Yeahh i love that sensation, being defooded... im getting horny. But it only gives you one option, alt + f4, cause, of course, your food is limited. This skill rape the pvp experience of this game.

About SS... Im a priest and i used it to tank brues and minos, like LP said. Never used on pvp cause you cant kill anyone. Maybe you can see an Elder or Patriarch using it at war to ress, but at those lvls a piercing arrow is more than enough to kill them. Anyways the duty of a priest is to ress people, at low lvls you cant kill anybody cause your LD sux, so its normal to have a skill that allows you keep ressing people. And you have to remember that there are priests in your city too :O
