Under ticket time scammed , i dont think its a share charr.

U can check sure items transfer some charrs use than the last was at big,
+ i am 100% confirm big are using scammed item from spyros since old owner scammed and use it there now.

When an incident has been determined to be a scam, all items will be returned to the victim. The scammer will be punished. The severity and length of punishment shall be determined according to the act. All decisions are final.

Also, any attempt of scamming account through tickets will make the player banned permanently from the Support Desk and the Forums. An ingame ban may also be considered.

The words under ticket time old owner using second pass scam... old owner meaning it's real owner i assume? Since he done so you can't do anything he's the 1st person to create the account with all of his information. That's what i thought, share it to people you can 100% trust.

I means the last owner ~ was colomax not the real owner created the account cause the real owner wont do kind of things, i played 1 years more wit those items if old owner that who create the account wanted to scam i think its been done already for the last 1 years more either than now same thing ( this charr transfer many hand old times ) but when it reach to new onwer hand its been not shared already, cause changed pass and open ticket already.
we did what we should do change pass make ticket and not letting any 1 to share ( and still get scammed by colomax cause ticket slow and he still have the second pass)

But some 1 still blaming zt scam not him and talk fully many kind of stroy covering his scam .. when caughted he turn away all the talk into somethings else..

Man Items was at the id since we open ticket, changed pass only wait gm to change email only.
than we can change the second pass
it took u how long to change it ??? 4 days 5 days ?? change a email only...
We taught this is easy and fast didn't know need 2 week more ~~~

but it took 2 week more only reply ? this is your support ticket late and made this happen.
we did not remove anything cause we confirm changed pass already, cant log in unless some 1 hack or changed pass ( so its scam )
if gm the day reply the ticket or in 5 hours also this could not been happen .
Sperhix u know very well ticket was very slow, if fast enough this would not happen


The original owner has informed us that we should not take any action in items being restored to this account

means he scammed already that why reply ticket and do not make any action for it
and i also told ticket made pass change unless second pass change or hack ( so its confirmly under ticket time get scam )
This not shared charr dun change it to share its confirmly scam half prove already at forum u can see it .
