If you can't communicate with each other then there's no use to play a MMORPG, then I could play against the computer just as well.
And yes, its DR global. But it only means that the server is open for everyone. I'm not saying to ban their IP, I'm just saying not to propagate the game / server in non-enlish languages as that attracts ppl who can't speak english.
And saying to remove the language section has nothing to do with this either. The language section forum is to keep the regular forums clean with just english.
I dont care if you speak / write crap english, I sure aint perfect with it either as it isn't my native language, I just want to be able to communicate with each other. Cause trying to get a party with some chinese ppl who don't speak a word english isn't fun imo.

Why you don't permit those non-English speaking people have their fun ?
My Friend, DR is a game that you can communicate with a lots of friend in game and you can also desire to play solo in game and enjoy your own DR world.
I used to be solo and walk alone in all the 6 DR server which I had play, I never join guild , I never ask people team me.. I still very happy!!
I will never take aways other people rights while they are not sharing the same interest with me.
I welcome every language player to come to this Global-DR, no matter they would like to team me talk to me or they disregard me or even kill me.
