They have the TIME to answer/lock topics related to people wanting RE and answering people why they haven't got any RE, YET they don't have the TIME (one of the main reasons for putting this NPC is to PREVENT people from posting about RE) to solve the problem by putting an NPC? You lack common sense.
Preview what you type before you post it, then read it carefully and see if it makes sense before you hit the 'Submit button. In this case it would have been a smarter choice to not post at all.
PS: Save your personal attacks for someone who cares.
I can post on the forum during class or something. That takes minimal effort. If I'm programming, I would need to be on the computer that has access to the programs needed to code with.
