I don't agree with the GM to post any kind of intervention on it.
And in fact, PK player do provide the motivator for the DR player to
- up level , to be stronger
- up job level , to make more power tools
- up PK skill, to protect themself from PKer
It also serve to bond the friendship within the game, when those player share the joys and experience on killing the monstors and defence the PKer together.
I looking forward to once again get back the feeling in DR which is my first net-game and is the only net-game charming me for 10 years....

If there are high lvls always pk low lvls everyday, it doesn't make them wanna be stronger, it makes ppl wanna QUIT, and tbh, I doubt there's going to be alotta new players coming, and without some rules protecting these new players, then the server will not be running for long.
For all the exp'ed and skilled players, they get pked, that's fine, they don't have to report it, because they know they can get the pker back, but for the noobs, what are they going to do?

You are telling the truth, yes there certainly will have some NewBie, cannot stand for the "killing for no reason" and they may select Quit.
If we want to entertain these class player then Global DR better setup an NON-PVP server, where PK is not permited.
People have different behavious, they might not know PK is part of the DR game, and Kill or being Killed is a normal situation in the game.
No one can help you unless you help yourself.... it similiar to a real world..
