I used rares. Maybe that's it.

Zerk doesn't work on blue rares, maybe this is the same deal. Hmmm will see.

Unless I'm wrong I think the damages added by the rares are calculated after the damages of the skills, which would explain why it feels like the increase is small.
So ya, try without rares.

:) Old Titus was right.

The damage formula its the same from old servers. Without blue rares you will have 10% , with more blue rares % damage increase will go down. Only white damage will be increased 10%. So if u have 300 white damage and 200 blue damage(g20 blue) u will have a 6% damage increase.

Now a max force archer have a 6% ,9% or 12% depending on his skill level. Same thiefs.
If the idea was to give 10% 15% 20%, perhaps GMSP can edit the data base to compensate the damage.
