That's what I did for ground attack. You have to use the skill a bunch of times because there could be high and low spikes so you have to find the average when dealing with percentages.

Extrem wind is still doing % of damage instead of damage increase. Extrem Lightning Splash damage works fine, however the first hit with weapon did not get damage increase.
