ive tried logging in am i supposed to use my forum login or my game account because none of them are working.....

Are you using internet explorer? I had the same problem. Had to use Firefox...

1. You go to the merchant board
2. You select 'Trade Result Search'... You select the RE and take it.
3. Merchant board is considered the 'Notice Guy NPC'.
